BANGKOK —On June 16, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) ‘ s students from the MBA program and Master of Management in Organization Development (MMOD) programs at Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management recently traded the classroom for the boardroom during an inspiring company visit to Powervault Thailand Co., Ltd., one of the country’s rising stars in mega energy solutions.
Welcoming the group was Mr. Navin Sachdev, CEO and Founder of Powervault, whose dynamic leadership and billion-baht success stories lit up the session. Known for his expertise in risk management and project stability, Mr. Sachdev offered students a rare inside look at how innovation, entrepreneurship, and energy solutions intersect to shape Thailand’s sustainable future.
Powervault’s ambitious vision—“To become Thailand’s No.1 provider of Mega Energy solutions through a kingdom of diverse, powerful, and reliable power solutions, cutting-edge innovations, and comprehensive services”—set the tone for the session. Students engaged in meaningful discussion about organizational behavior, leadership strategies, and the triple challenge of scale, stability, and sustainability.
The visit was part of a specialized course led by Dr. Bhumiphat Gilitwalla, MBA Programs Director, who presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Sachdev for his generous knowledge-sharing and authentic engagement with AU’s future business leaders.
