A morning tour showed a delegation from Edith Cowan University the heartbeat of AU.
Assumption University of Thailand (AU) hosted a delegation from Edith Cowan University on February 18, 2026, for a morning visit that moved with purpose—part campus portrait, part academic snapshot, and wholly focused on how a university feels when it is alive with learning.
The delegation toured several of the Suvarnabhumi Campus’s signature sites, including the Cathedral of Learning Library, the Chapel of St. Louis Marie de Montfort , the John Paul II Sports Center, and the Gabriel Mary Research and Learning Center for New Energy Vehicle Technology. Together, the stops offered a compact introduction to AU’s blend of academic resources, community life, and future-facing research spaces, an itinerary designed less to impress than to explain.
The visit continued with a stop at the Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME). There, the delegation met Dr. Chainarong Rungruengarporn, beloved Dean of MSME, and observed classroom activities. It was the kind of moment that made the campus tour feel tangible: not just buildings and names, but the everyday rhythm of teaching and learning that gives a school its character.
