ICSAF 2026 to Spotlight Emerging Innovations in Food Biotechnology

ICSAF 2026 advances global dialogue on sustainable agriculture through food biotechnology innovation.

A Global Platform for Sustainable Food Futures

The Theophane Venard School of Food Biotechnology and Innovation at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) announced the 6th International Conference on Sustainable Global Agriculture and Food (ICSAF 2026), to be held on March 5–6, 2026, at the AU’s Hua Mak Campus in Bangkok.

Organized under the theme “Emerging Innovations and Trends in Food Biotechnology” ICSAF 2026 serves as a high-level academic forum exploring how biotechnology is redefining global agriculture, food production, and sustainable food systems amid increasing environmental and food security challenges.

Strengthening International Academic Collaboration

The conference is organized in collaboration with leading international partner institutions, including Soegijapranata Catholic University, Saigon Technology University, and Fu Jen Catholic University.

Through these partnerships, ICSAF 2026 will bring together lecturers, scientists, practitioners, and students to exchange research findings, emerging technologies, and best practices in food biotechnology and sustainable agri-food development.

Call for Papers and Knowledge Exchange

ICSAF 2026 invites researchers and practitioners to submit original research addressing emerging innovations, applied biotechnology, and future trends shaping sustainable global agriculture and food systems. The conference emphasized interdisciplinary collaboration and real-world impact, bridging academic research with industry and policy relevance.

Scopus-Indexed Publication Opportunity

Selected papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings published by BIO Web of Conferences, subject to scope alignment and peer-review quality standards.

Driving a Resilient and Regenerative Food Future

ICSAF 2026 reaffirmed AU’s commitment to international academic excellence, innovation-driven sustainability, and global collaboration. By focusing on food biotechnology as a catalyst for change, the conference aims to inspire solutions that support resilient, inclusive, and regenerative food systems worldwide.

Researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students are encouraged to take part in ICSAF 2026 by submitting their research, engaging with global experts, and contributing to the future of sustainable agriculture and food innovation.
