Assumption University of Thailand (AU) was illuminated with the spirit of the festive season during the "AU Christmas Celebration 2023: The Night of Joy." Held at the iconic AU Christmas Tree in St. Michael's Hall, Suvarnabhumi Campus, the event was a splendid display of community, culture, and Christmas cheer.
Organized by the Assumption University Student Organization (AUSO) and Student Affairs, the celebration attracted a large gathering of students, faculty, and members of the AU community, along with the general public.
The event successfully achieved its objective of celebrating Christmas and the Feast of the Nativity, as well as deepening the understanding of the real meaning of Christmas. The evening was filled with a series of captivating performances, heartwarming music, and delightful festive activities that engaged everyone present.
"The Night of Joy not only brought our community together but also reminded us of the true essence of Christmas. It was heartening to see such enthusiastic participation from everyone," said A. Saharath Dowpiset, the event coordinator from Student Affairs.
The celebration concluded with a message of peace and goodwill from the University's President, reinforcing the values of unity and compassion that are central to the Christmas spirit.
