Recently, a delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanintorn Jittawiriyanukoon, Vice President for Research and Academic Services of Assumption University of Thailand (AU), visited Communication University of China. During the visit, the two universities engaged in in-depth discussions on international talent cultivation, cooperation in media and digital creative education, and officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
During the visit, Vice President Yang Yi and representatives from relevant schools and departments of Communication University of China warmly welcomed the delegation from AU. Both sides introduced their institutional development, academic strengths, and achievements in international cooperation, and held extensive discussions on future directions for collaboration.
Both institutions agreed that there is broad potential for cooperation in areas such as media arts, digital economy, artificial intelligence, and the integration of culture and technology. Moving forward, the two universities will focus on promoting student exchanges, dual-degree programs, joint training initiatives, faculty research collaboration, and international academic activities, with the shared goal of cultivating high-level talents with global vision and innovative capabilities.
In addition, the two sides also exchanged ideas on industry–education integration, aiming to further connect higher education with industry needs and provide students with more international practical and innovation opportunities.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding marks a new stage in the partnership between the two universities and lays a solid foundation for broader, deeper, and more practical international cooperation in the future.
