Montfort del Rosario School of Architecture and Design partnered with ASA to boost internships, research, and practice-ready graduates.
Assumption University of Thailand (AU), through the Montfort del Rosario School of Architecture and Design, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage to deepen academic and professional collaboration and bring classroom learning even closer to the realities of architectural practice.
The ceremony was joined by Mr. Asae Sukhyanga, President of ASA, and Mr. Songpot Saisueb, Vice President, together with AU administrators and faculty members.
By leveraging the resources and capabilities of both parties, this partnership ensures the successful achievement of our shared objectives are to strengthen academic and professional collaboration, implement joint projects and collaborative activities, and generate lasting benefits for students, faculty, and personnel.
For AU, the MoU reflected a clear priority: preparing graduates who could think globally, design responsibly, and collaborate confidently with the profession. For ASA, a leading national body for Thailand’s architectural community, the agreement supported its wider mission of advancing the field through professional engagement and knowledge-sharing across the sector.
This collaboration also aligned with the School’s hands-on, multidisciplinary approach, which blended art, science, and technology in an international learning environment, and reinforced AU’s long-term commitment to strong education-to-industry connections.
