On Friday evening, 30 January 2026, Assumption University of Thailand(AU) hosted its Annual Janitor Appreciation Night 2026, a heartfelt celebration recognizing the unwavering dedication and collective spirit of the University’s academic and professional personnel. Held at Salle d’ Expo, Hua Mak Campus, the event brought together the AU family in an atmosphere of gratitude, warmth, and shared pride.
Approximately 150 participants, including University Executives, Faculty Members, Officers, and Janitor, gathered to honor those whose daily efforts sustain the institution’s mission and values. The evening served as a meaningful reminder that behind every achievement of the University stands a committed community, the true salt of the earth.
The program officially opened with remarks by the President of AU, who expressed sincere appreciation for the perseverance, teamwork, and quiet excellence demonstrated by personnel throughout the year. His message emphasized that the strength and continuity of the University are built not only through vision and leadership, but through the consistent dedication of its people.
Following the opening address, executives and janitorf joined in a commemorative group photo, symbolizing unity and mutual respect across all levels of the organization. Guests then enjoyed a Chinese-style dinner before the evening transitioned into a lively program of internal activities.
The celebration featured stage performances, musical presentations, and interactive games led by janitor representatives, highlighting both the creativity and camaraderie within the University community. A highlight of the evening was the lucky draw, which included special prizes generously supported by university executives, faculty members, officers, and various units, reflecting a strong culture of generosity and shared appreciation.
Organized in line with the University’s commitment to janitor’s engagement and well-being, the Annual Janitor Appreciation Night 2026 successfully strengthened morale, fostered meaningful connections, and reinforced a sense of belonging across the institution.
The event concluded smoothly with transportation provided for participants returning from Hua Mak Campus to Suvarnabhumi Campus, bringing an evening of appreciation and celebration to a warm and memorable close.
