Assumption University of Thailand (AU) is celebrating a major win on the fairways after its talented golf team clinched 1st Place Overall at the Chang Golf U‑Championship Cup 2025 – Round 2, held on August 2–3, 2025, at the Scenic Treasure Hill Golf Club in Chonburi.


The AU Golf Team, composed of student-athletes from the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science and Technology and the Theodore Maria School of Arts, delivered a stellar performance, finishing with a combined team score of 453, narrowly edging out Sripatum University in a thrilling one-stroke victory.

This national-level University Golf Tournament is part of the broader Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit, organized by Chang Junior Golf, a platform that promotes golf among youth and university students in Thailand.
In Round 1, held at Khao Yai Country Club on July 5–6, AU placed as 2nd runner-up, demonstrating consistency and growth heading into the second round. With their win at Treasure Hill, the AU team is now firmly in contention for the overall championship title.
This impressive achievement highlights the discipline, teamwork, and talent of AU’s student-athletes and reflects the university’s commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics.
