WRITER: THEODORE MARIA SCHOOL OF ARTS

Assumption University of Thailand (AU)  proudly celebrates the achievement of Ms. Thananya Prajak and Ms. Xiaoying Tian, who secured the First Prize in the Japanese Presentation Competition hosted by Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (RMUTR).

Representing Theodore Maria School of Arts, the students showcased their academic excellence, language proficiency, and cultural understanding, standing out among participants from across Thailand.

The Department of Japanese for International Business equips students with specialized knowledge in Japanese for Specific Purposes, including Tourism, Hotels, and Airline Services. In addition, students benefit from practical learning opportunities such as internships and a one-year exchange program with prestigious Japanese universities. Beyond the classroom, they gain immersive experiences through cultural activities that bring Japanese traditions to life.

This success was made possible through the unwavering guidance and mentorship of A. Motomi Uehara, whose dedication and coaching played a pivotal role in preparing the students for competition.

This victory not only highlights the talent and hard work of AU students but also reinforces AU’s reputation as a leader in international education, preparing graduates for success in today’s globalized world.
