When it comes to international business, we can't overlook the potential of e-commerce. In addition to our discussion on expanding globally, we're excited to have Khun Paphitchaya Sangchanthamanee, an Alibaba Certified Global Lecturer from AJ e-Commerce, share how Alibaba's e-commerce platform can boost international trade online.

During the session, we learned some important points:

1. Global Reach: Alibaba's platform connects buyers and sellers from over 190 countries, making it a great place for B2B, traders, and distributors to buy and sell various products.

2. Tech Support: The platform uses smart technology to help buyers and sellers get better results. We discovered how to improve sales using keywords, posts, and RFQ functions. Sellers can also use data analytics to understand what products buyers are interested in.

3. Easy Processes: The session explained the step-by-step process for account opening, payments, shipping, and resolving disputes.

Overall, we realized that e-commerce can be a fantastic way for businesses to explore international markets. But, of course, success requires hard work, understanding, and dedication.
