The Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly hosted its Annual Last Orientation Ceremony, Pin Decoration Ceremony, and Food Biotechnology Innovation Showcase on February 22, 2024, at the Salle d’ Expo Room, Assumption Hall, Hua Mak Campus.
The event aimed to officially welcome new students by decorating microscope pins to their uniforms, bid farewell and congratulate graduating students for their hard work and success throughout their university life at Assumption University, and showcase the graduating students' innovative research and findings in the Food Biotechnology Innovation Showcase.
Brother Bancha Saenghiran, President of Assumption University, expressed his pride in the achievements of both the new and graduating students. "Today marks a significant milestone in the lives of our students. We are proud to welcome our new students into the AU family and celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates. Their hard work and dedication to the field of biotechnology reflect the high standards of education and research at Assumption University," said Brother Bancha.
The event was a success, with attendees expressing their appreciation for the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the biotechnology students and witness the innovative research being conducted in the field.
