Yaowarat, the town of Thai-Chinese descent, is where the first Chinese temple is located. It is known as Wat Bamphen Chin Phrot or Wat Yong Hok Yi. The minimal size temple sits next to the Yaowarat Road, which it claimed to be the smallest temple in Thailand. With the unique sizing of the temple, Center of Research and Design Innovation Service (CRDIS) finds the Sensible Solution for Circular Living by transformation of the past to the present under the direction of Montfort del Rosario School of Architecture and Design, Assumption University of Thailand (AU).
