Assumption University of Thailand (AU) was honored to welcome Ms. Nawan Puangmalai, a distinguished pharmacist specializing in Thai traditional medicine, for an insightful talk on “Food as Medicine.” The event, which took place on 16 February 2024, was part of the FT4165 Nutritional Therapy course, but it was open to all members of the AU community.
Ms. Nawan shared her expertise on the importance of using food as a form of medicine to enhance health and well-being. Attendees gained valuable knowledge on the integration of nutrition and traditional medicine practices.
