On September 6, 2023, a seminar titled "Sustainability” was skillfully organized by the Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, aimed to provide students with the latest insights into the field of quality assurances while presenting fresh perspectives and valuable insights. Ms. Asidatorn Iamsirisanthong, Specialist & General Manager, Clean Globe Certification, as the guest speaker, with her extensive real-world experience and expertise in sustainability, served as an ideal resource to share her insights and expertise with the attending students.
The seminar was integrated into the courses FT 4112 and AI 4213 Food/Agro-Industry Quality Control, offering students a practical application of their academic knowledge. The primary objectives of the seminar were as follows:
• To equip attendees with the most up-to-date knowledge in the sustainability field.
• To provide students with fresh and valuable perspectives on sustainability.
• To help students deepen their understanding of sustainability through real-world experiences shared by the guest speaker.
