Cheers and applause filled the Wiset Srisamut Room as Assumption University of Thailand (AU) celebrated its student-athletes at the recently concluded AU Athletes Scholarship Orientation.
The orientation celebrated the talents and achievements of AU’s student-athletes who have been awarded scholarships for their exceptional skills and commitment in their respective sports. The event was marked by an air of excitement and camaraderie among students, faculty, and the AU community.
Communication Arts Champions: Mr. Patipon Jaiulla (Taekwondo) & Mr. Kanniti Nil-on (Golf)
Science and Tech Table Tennis Star: Mr. Phoumpanya Phatthimyxay
Arts Athletes with Artistry: Mr. Nabhop Raianaploy (Golf), Mr. Akarachai Sakunlee (Golf), Miss Patrapa Phaisanwongdee (Tennis), Mr. Tanit Plodpai (Table Tennis), and Mr. Supasate Kasak (Taekwondo)
Biotech’s Best Swimmer: Mr. Chayut Charoendhammatad
Law’s Sharpshooter: Mr. Issarauuudom Purihirunphat
Each athlete was recognized for their achievements and received encouragement to continue striving for excellence both in sports and academics. The orientation not only served as an acknowledgment of the students’ hard work but also as an inspiration to the AU community to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle and take full advantage of the university’s extensive sports facilities.
