Assumption University of Thailand (AU) and the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 23, 2024. The MoU was signed by the Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, AU, and Prof Dr. jur. Eva Waller. The witnesses included Prof. Dr. Stephan Bohm, Faculty of Design Computer Science Media, Media Management, Mobile Media and Telecommunications, Dr. Marissa Chantamas, Dean Albert Laurence School of Communication Arts, Dr. Prichaya Manmin, Director Media Incubator, A. Duangporn Supanvanij, Faculty Member, Dr. Nathaya Pupat, Director, Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and students from the Advertising Workshop class.

The MoU outlines cooperation at the Bachelor’s Degree Program level including semester long exchange programs, joint project works, Travelling Classroom/ Summer School, and possible Double Degrees. In addition, both universities stand to benefit from guest lectures both online and onsite. RheinMain University of Applied Sciences offers a 3 semesters Master’s Degree Program with emphasis on storytelling, creation, and innovative media production, which is in line with the Bachelor’s Degree programs offered by the Albert Laurence School of Communication Arts.

RheinMain University of Applied Sciences is located in Wiesbaden Germany with 5 distinct faculties on 5 different campuses. The university has 70-degree programs with 13,000 students.
