WRITER: THEODORE MARIA SCHOOL OF ARTS
The Institute for English Language Education (IELE), Theodore Maria School of Arts, at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) has been keenly organizing IELE Student Academic Services activities. The purpose is to cultivate philanthropic minds and Catholic values among the students enrolling in IELE courses using their English abilities.
The IELE visited two schools in Phetchabun Province to donate handmade English storybooks created by Communicative English II students. On this occasion, funds raised during the IELE International ARTS & Crafts Fairs (held on February 22-23, 2023) were also awarded to school children in need at the two schools.
In May 2023, the IELE visited four more schools in Samut Prakan Province to donate the remaining funds raised, more handmade English storybooks and necessary school supplies. It is certainly welcome if you would like to donate school supplies for the school children.
