BANGKOK, Thailand – October 7, 2026 – Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly welcomed Jelly Offereins, Director of International Affairs, and Bregje Snel, Senior Lecturer in International Business, from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht for a high-level academic visit aimed at exchanging best practices, exploring innovative international collaboration models, and deepening long-term institutional ties.
During the two-day visit on October 5–6, 2026, the HU delegation engaged in collaborative dialogues and best-practice sharing with AU faculty members, university leadership, and HU students currently participating in a custom 12-week Special Exchange Program hosted for the first time at AU’s Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management (GSB-ATM).
Beyond engagement sessions, the delegation experienced Hua Mak Campus life, fully experiencing the local urban lifestyle and surrounding communities. Their itinerary featured an executive corporate visit to K Private Banking for insights into Thailand’s wealth management, and concluded with an immersive tour of the Suvarnabhumi Campus—a standing testament to Assumption University’s commitment to continuing the mission of Saint Louis Marie de Montfort and the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in Thailand for educational development.
This milestone visit reaffirms a cherished, decades-long partnership built on shared educational values, mutual trust, and a unified vision for international education. Assumption University deeply values this enduring relationship and looks forward to many more years of close collaboration to drive academic excellence, enrich student learning, and advance the global educational community.
