Norwegian students have begun an AU nursing internship.
The Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) warmly welcomed nine students from VID Specialized University, Norway, for an International Nursing Internship.
During the placement, the visiting students will take part in learning experiences in Community Health Nursing and Nursing Leadership. The programme will introduce them to Thailand’s healthcare context while creating opportunities to share knowledge, experiences and perspectives with AU faculty and students.
The exchange goes beyond an academic placement. It encourages reciprocal learning, intercultural understanding and professional connections among future nurses from Norway and Thailand.
By bringing different perspectives of care and leadership into the classroom and community, the internship supports the growth of a global nursing community grounded in collaboration, respect and shared purpose.
The Faculty of Nursing Science wishes the VID students a rewarding and meaningful time at Assumption University.
