Individual titles, a runner-up finish and team bronze marked a strong weekend for Assumption University in Phetchaburi.
Assumption University student-athletes returned with an impressive collection of honours from the Chang Golf U-Champions Cup 2026 Final Round, held from August 14–16, 2026, at Lake View Resort & Golf Club in Phetchaburi Province.
Leading the charge in the Men’s Individual Category was Mr. Komkrit Mitsamant of the Vincent Mary School of Engineering, Science and Technology, who claimed first place with an outstanding performance. Mr. Praratakorn Prathumsit of the Theodore Maria School of Arts also recorded a strong result, finishing seventh.
In the Women’s Individual Category, Ms. Thanpitcha Tingsamit of the Albert Laurence School of Communication Arts secured second place, adding another podium finish to the University’s successful campaign.
Assumption University also earned third place and a bronze medal in the Team Category. The bronze-medal team included student-athletes from five Assumption University schools:
