Assumption University of Thailand (AU) has taken a big step towards ensuring the safety of its community by completing a hands-on fire safety and emergency response training. Held at The Cathedral of Learning Building, the session was organized by the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs.
Participants got to grips with essential skills, like how to tackle a fire with extinguishers and what to do when someone’s heart stops. The fire safety training at Assumption University was a resounding success, with staff members emerging not just as participants, but as safety champions for our campus. The day's lessons transcended routine procedures, empowering each staff member to become a vital part of our emergency response team. Assumption is now a safer place, thanks to the dedication and newfound skills of its staff. This training marks not just another day at the university, but a significant step towards a safer future for the entire AU community.
