Dr. Pimsiri Bhusiri, Dean of Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science participated in the 7^th National Nursing Research Virtual Conference: “Trends, Challenges, and Nursing Research Networking in a Technology Disruption Era” as an Assistant Secretary of the Public Relation Subcommittee of this conference. This conference was organized by Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council on January 27-28, 2022.

Associate Professor Dr. Tassana Boonthong, the President; and Professor Dr. Somchit Hanucharurnkul, the Vice President of this virtual conference informed that this conference has been organized every four years to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding the research articles, to know the research achievement in the past and the trend of future research for people health improvement.

On this occasion, Mr. Chawarong Limpattamapanee, President of National Press Council of Thailand, was invited to be the guest speaker on the topic of “Dissemination of Research Results in the Technology Disruption Era.” He said, “Currently, there are many communication channels for information distribution including mainstream media such as newspaper, television or website; and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.” Therefore, researchers are able to disseminate their research products to the public through both mainstream media and social media. Nurses can modify their research contents to be suitable with selected social media by using simple words for distribution to the public.
