This conference is the global - level organization development conference.
Assumption University of Thailand (AU) is the only University in Thailand that co-hosts with international and global organization development networks from different parts of the globe because of our prolonged engagement in the OD field with US, Europe, and Asia networks, and the internationalization of our university.
This conference comprises delegates from all over the world, ranging from Asia, Europe, North America, Africa, and the United States of America.
This conference comprises multi-generations OD practitioners, Graduate students, consultants, academia and researchers. This diversity allows us to explore and appreciate diverse perspectives while networking to grow our profession and practices.

The theme of the 3rd ODWS 2021: Breakpoints and Beyond

Focuses on people: exploring how our experience influences our beliefs and assumptions (Paradigms); the way we interpret and react to our different life challenges(Perspectives); and how we create and share personal meaning and value as we move through our lives (Purpose).
Focuses on positivity: how we create balance with our minds (Positive Thinking); our designs creating constructive dialogue and emerging action (Positive Action); and our commitment to sustainable change (Positive Outcomes).
Focuses on possibility: this sets for our future, finding ways and methods to adapt and rise professionally(Process); developing new and creative approaches to learning and change(Practice); and lastly elevating our competencies, capabilities and overall impact(Performance).
