Assumption University of Thailand (AU)'s , Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME) proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP), specifically designed for senior banking professionals from Nepal. The program, which took place from April 29th – May 03rd, 2024, offered an immersive experience into the corporate landscape, equipping participants with essential skills for leadership and management excellence.  The participants delved into key topics such as Talent Management Strategy in VUCA Environment, Work-Life Balance, Conflict Management and Understanding Personality at Work Place. These sessions aimed to equip attendees with essential skills for goal setting, well-being management, and effective communication within teams. 

The last day began with an industry visit to SCG Home Experience in Bangkok, highlighting SCG's integration of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals through their “ESG 4 Plus” approach. The visit emphasized strategies like Net Zero, Go Green, Reduce Inequality, and Enhance Collaboration Plus Trust through Transparency.


 

 

The program culminated at AU with a Certificate Awarding Ceremony and lunch, presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Dhanoos Sutthiphisal, Assistant Dean , MSME. The event not only marked the achievements of the participants but also strengthened global networks and promoted institutional excellence.

Following the ceremony, participants proceeded to Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate for further learning and industry insights, rounding out a day full of educational and professional development activities.

This exclusive program underscores AU's commitment to fostering leadership excellence and driving positive change in the corporate world, enhancing professional development, and boosting the university's reputation on a global scale.
