In today's businesses, a solid grasp of "data" is an integral part of mastering marketing. The MBA class in Marketing Management are honored to have the learning opportunity with Khun Wannapanee Dasananjali, the Founder and CEO of DataVue, a pioneering AI-driven data solutions company.

In the special lesson on “leveraging data insights for business success” held on 2nd & 7th Aug. 23, the class explored data monetization and the challenges that organizations face in handling and deriving insights from data. Khun Wannapanee shared a secret formula for utilizing customer insights to shape communication tactics and campaigns, fostering stronger relationships and driving revenue growth.

The class also engaged with the Wheel of Emotion, a tool that helped them empathize with customers. This connection allowed them to align concepts with customer pain points, find unique value propositions and quantify target customer segment size in their business models.

Enhancing data literacy among entrepreneurs is essential for maintaining a competitive edge in today's world.
