The MBA Day marketing class of Graduate School of Business & Advanced Technology Management had the priviledge of hosting Khun Petch Achariyasilp and Khun Parn Mattana Hemrachatanun from ORGAFEED Co.,Ltd to share their inspiring experiences in driving the development and growth of “JAIKLA” a sustainable insect protein dog treat.

During the engaging talks, we learned about:

  1. Commitment to Circular Economy: the team behind JAIKLA demonstrated unwavering dedication to the circular economy, profoundly influencing their decisions across all aspects of the business - from sourcing, production to marketing. This commitment paved the way for sustainable practices that resonate with their target customers, fostering strong engagement and relationships, shaping the brand’s future.
  2. Customer feedback and evolving marketing mixes: with circular economy and sustainability practices ingrained in the operation process, JAIKLA built meaningful connections with their customers. Feedback from these relationships played a fundamental role in redefining JAIKLA marketing mixes.
  3. Balancing competing priorities: Khun Petch shed lights on challenges encountered while driving business growth and shared the team’s techniques on effectively allocating resources and prioritizing their to-do-lists to propel the brand forward.
