WRITER: THEOPHANE VENARD SCHOOL OF BIOTECHNOLOGY
On Jan 16, 2023, Dr. Atittaya Tandhanskul, a full-time lecturer from Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) on behalf of Assist. Prof. Dr. Patchanee Yasurin welcomed Dr. R. Belinda, and Dr. Shajini Judith Diana from Madras Christian College, Chennai, India as participants of United Board fellowship.
During the meeting they have discussed on educational purpose of the school, social involvement, and technology transfer from academics to community. They were fascinated with the products we have developed so far and will visit School of Biotechnology again for School tour.
On Jan 19, 2023, Dr. R. Belinda and Dr. Shajini visiting scholar for a day tour of Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology followed by Dr. R. Belinda later in the day. Dr. Shajini has observed the School’s facilities, laboratories, and classes. On this occasion, two Biotech’s students from South India, Ms. Ayesha and Ms. Gouri joined in welcoming the guests. We hope that our 2 institutions can produce a fruitful collaboration in the future!
