Students explored functional food innovation with 4CARE industry leader.


On February 26, 2026, The Theophane Venard School of Food Biotechnology and Innovation at Assumption University of Thailand (AU)  welcomed Ms. Bhiramon Chuprapawan, Co-Founder of 4CARE Co., Ltd., for a special industry lecture on transforming nutrition science into successful commercial products.

Turning Science into Market Success

The session, titled From Nutrition to Market: Turning Healthy Ideas into Successful Products” was delivered to students enrolled in FT4303 Personalized Functional Foods and Nutrition for Health and FT2006 Functional Food and Nutrition for Health at the Hua Mak Campus.

Drawing from her experience building a national health food brand, Ms. Bhiramon shared practical insights into product development, consumer trends, regulatory considerations, and strategies for bringing evidence-based nutrition products to market.
