On 12 November 2025, over 75 students from Assumption University of Thailand (AU) stepped in the business world with the academic visit at Baan Beaute, the welcoming and modern innovation hub of L’Oreal Groupe (Thailand). The visit offers the students the opportunity to learn from executive leaders for sharing in “Universalization at L’Oreal”, offering insights into how global strategies are executed at speed, agility and scale to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions that win the hearts of communities and customers around the world.

The visit kicked off with a warm welcome by Ms. Onanong Pratakphiriya, Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director & followed by an inspiring session on the bold commitment towards innovation driven comprehensive sustainability practices in all aspects of businesses at L’Oreal Groupe. From designing sustainable solutions that fit with brand positioning to providing skill training programs, enabling communities to create better lives, students witnessed firsthand clear examples of how every innovation is designed to deliver positive transformation from sustainable sourcing to the circular economy, and impactful community support.

With much excitement and anticipation, the second expert session featured Mr. Patrick Girod, L’ Oréal Thailand’s CEO. He opened the floor by sharing his perspective of the beauty market in Thailand, key trends and initiatives that drive L’Oreal’s journey ahead.
