Assumption University of Thailand (AU) had been selected to participate in a project to support the development of a mini-MIO (Mindfulness in Organization) program. The Learning Research and Development Institute Foundation organized the program and received a grant from the Office of the Health Promotion Fund (ThaiHealth).

Intending to expand the results of creating happiness with consciousness in various organizations, it improved communication by focusing on being a good speaker and listener conscious of communication. As a result, participants could work together effectively and create a good relationship between personnel and departments as a way of organizational culture.

The University selected four pilot agencies, namely the Office of the University Registrar, the Office of Human Resources Management, the Central Library, and the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, to participate and listen to clarifications about the mini-MIO program. The program aimed to build the administrators' understanding of the concept and benefits of learned and practiced Meta Skill (mindfulness Psychology + Neuro Sciences, a non-religious approach) by Dr. Nongluck Tamsuwan. The activity was held on October 7, 2022, in Room P34, P Building, Hua Mak Campus, Assumption University of Thailand.
