AU School of Law Signed Collaborative Agreement to Enhance Legal Education in Trade Competition


The reputable AU Thomas Aquinas School of Law just signed the agreements initiating academic cooperation with the Office of Trade Competition Commission, Thailand, and 13 other leading academic institutions on December 8, 2020 at the Central by Centara Hotel, Changwattana, to concertedly and collectively promote quality legal education & training in trade competition.

Such agreed collaborative endeavors with the Office of the Trade Competition Commission and the united efforts among other leading academic institutions will contribute towards the arrangement of worthwhile knowledge enhancing seminars, trainings, workshops, academic researches, internships, development and dissemination of the rich body of knowledge of trade competition law and furthermore, becoming resourceful and expert legal center in such field in the regions.

The famed AU Thomas Aquinas School of Law with its recognized reputation and credibility of educating qualified, highly successful and professional law graduates with known proficiency in English Language, has signed MOU in collaboration with numerous private and government business sectors to promote or accelerate legal education or efforts.


During the MOU signing ceremony, Prof. Sthianrapab Naluang, Dean, AU Thomas Aquinas School of Law, accompanied by his team of executives carried out the MOU signing procedures with the high-level executives of the Office of the Trade Competition Commission, Thailand, witnessed by other participating executives and administrators of other leading academic institutions which as well signed similar collaborative deals.
On the same occasion, academic seminar & panel discussion was conducted to establish or identify “Guidelines for Curriculum Development of Legal Education in Trade Competition; and Becoming the Center for Dissemination of Legal Knowledge in Trade Competition in the Regions”
