The major role to enhance the immune system is increasing the strength and number of body soldiers, which are white blood cells. These are B cells, NK cells, and T cells.
The prominent point of Thai food is the compromising of all flavors as sourness, sweetness, oiliness, saltiness, and spiciness. Moreover, it contains herbs and spices as the major ingredients to enhance the immune system.
Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology would like to present an easy set meal menu composed of entrée, main course, drink, and dessert to enhance the immune system.
Entrée: Savoury leaf wraps or Miang Kham
It is a DIY Thai traditional classical entrée composed of many herbs and spices as:
- Wildbetal leaf contains beta carotene to strengthen and increase the number of NK cells and T cells.
- Lime contains vitamin C enhancing the activity of B cells and NK cells. It also contains naringenin and hesperidin to inhibit viral cell division.
- Ginger contains zingerol and gingerol that compete with the virus to bind at main protease (Mpro) to inhibit viral cell division.
- Shallot contains quercetin and allicin to increase immunoglobulin A (IgA) and activate the function of B cells as well as secretion of interferon that synthesized in the immune system against the virus.
Main course
Brown rice contains zinc and selenium to activate the efficiency of T cells.
Blanched vegetables and chili paste
- Sesbania flower, bitter gourd, agasta, and acacia contain beta carotene to strengthen and increase number of NK cells and T cells.
- Bitter gourd, long bean, baby corn, and cauliflower contains vitamin C to increase the number and efficiency of NK cells and T cells.
- Eggplant contains solasonine and solasodine to activate NK cells and T cells.
- Chinese cabbage contains xanthones to activate NK cells and T cells synthesis.
- The Winged bean contains lectin to increase the number of B cells and T cells.
- Chile contains luteolin-7-glucoside to increase the efficiency of NK cells.
Herbal and spicy omelet
- Egg contains vitamin D to increase the efficiency of T cells and B cells.
- Chile contains luteolin-7-glucoside to increase the efficiency of NK cells.
- Sweet basil leaf contains caffeic, ferulic, and p-coumaric acids to enhance the effectiveness of NK cells and T cells.
- Lemon glass contains kaempferol and quercetin to increase the shelf life of white blood cells.
- Tomato contains beta carotene to strengthen NK cells and increase the number of T cells
- Onion contains quercetin to increase the shelf life of white blood cells.
Mulberry juice
Mulberry contains vitamin C to reduce the time of common cold and naringenin to enhance the activity of B cells and NK cells.
Steamed pumpkin cake
Pumpkin contains beta carotene to strengthen NK cells and increase the number of T cells.
