Creatively Performed Play “GOODBYE” Greatly Enhanced AU Students’ CA Creative Work 2019

The stage play entitled “GOODBYE” professionally performed by a group of the AU Communication Arts students from Department of Live Event Creation and Management, was part of the related supporting and enhancing extra-curricular activities of their CA Creative Research Work 2019.

Interestingly and attractively performed at the Black Box Theatre Assumption University, Suvarnabhumi Campus, the play staged during December 1-3, 2020 was uniquely very first of its kind ever performed and scheduled to be restaged in Thailand in the beginning of 2021.

Acted out by the highly capable CA student actors: Ms. Sujintara Towattagavanit and Mr. Pakin Kachanachuda, the play depicted the story of a young woman’s romantic memory of her love life that had just ended and if she could survive the ordeal or whether such hurtful event could be erased.

Besides the realistic actions displayed by the student players, the colorfully and craftily designed stage, screen, lights and sounds were as well creatively laid out; complementing the professional acting.

Written and directed by Ms. Sasaporn Suthatkul, Chairperson, Department of Live Event Creation and Management, Albert Laurence School of Communication Arts, the play was tremendously outstanding attracting a full audience of students, faculty, staff, honored guests and interested individuals.

Joining the occasion; watching the play on November 3, 2020, Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, was greatly impressed and congratulated the actors and organizers by presenting them a bouquet of flowers.
