On September 26, 2021, Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science, Assumption University of Thailand organized the virtual international seminar on “The Growth of Digital Health amidst and post COVID-19 Pandemic: Where Do We Go from Here?.” Presided over the opening session and gave the welcoming speech by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, AU President - Rector Magnificus.

The seminar aimed to update the importance and trends of the digital health in the context of healthcare and to raise awareness on the healthcare disruption and the roles that the digital health plays. There were approximately 241 participants registered for the seminar via the AU Nursing seminar website.


There were three informative sessions with the five extensive experienced guest speakers;

Session 1: Emerging Trends and Opportunities in Digital Health and Care By Prof. Dr. Sirimon Reutrakul
Session 2: Digital Health Transformation and Its Challenges:
Today and The Future By Dr. Tany Thaniyavarn

Session 3: The Use of Digital Health Amidst COVID-19 Pandemic: Experiences and Perspectives from Nurses. By
     1) Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pinthusorn Pattayakorn 
     2) Asst. Prof. Dr. Li-Chiu Lin
     3) Ms. Kanokon Tangprasartsuk
     and Moderator by Ms. Liesha Luohe
