A group of the AU high-level management members & executives led by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, respectfully presented flower bouquets in front of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s portrait at the Sahathai Samakom Pavilion, the Grand Palace, on January 22, 2021, and signed the visitor book expressing best wishes for the Princess’ soonest recovery from her ailments.

H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has graciously visited Assumption University on a number of occasions: i.e. to officially preside over the opening ceremonies of several new buildings and for many other purposes. 

The following are the royal duties performed by H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at Assumption University:

November 7, 1990: Presiding over the inauguration  ceremony of the Coronation Hall MCMLXXXIX, Hua Mak Campus.
January 19, 1995: Presiding over the inauguration ceremony of the “Queen Tower”, Hua Mak Campus, and officially launched Assumption University’s new Campus project.
September 20, 1995: H.M. Queen Fabiola of Belgium accompanied by H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri  Sirindhorn, visited Hua Mak Campus.
October 18, 1998: H.M. Queen Fabiola of Belgium accompanied by H.R.H. Princess  Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, visited Hua Mak Campus the second time.
June 27, 2002: H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn inaugurated the Cathedral of Learning Building, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
August 20, 2004: The princess presided over the inauguration ceremony of Srisakdi Charmonman IT Center, the College of Internet Distance Education, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
December 7, 2010: The princess graciously presided over the official inauguration of the new faculty’s buildings of Montfort Del Rosario School of Architecture and Design, and the Albert Laurence School of Communication Arts and the Communication Arts' Studio on the occasion of the celebration of the University’s 40th Anniversary, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
March 29, 2011: The Princess also presided over the “5th  Thai-US Roundtable Meeting”, Suvarnabhumi Campus.
