AU General Workers Trained to Self Reflect for Better Work Performance & Harmonious and Happy Working Relationship

Office of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs organized the general staff training on “Self Reflection for Better & Developed Work Performance & More Harmonized and Happy Working Relationship” on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Salle D” Expo, Hua Mak Campus.

This worthwhile training session specially held for the participating group of more than 100 AU General Workers: Janitors, Cleaning Staff/Maids, Gardeners, Security Personnel and Drivers provided these AU janitorial staff the highly valuable lessons; encouraging them to take a look at the inner self for development, improved performance, harmonized and peaceful working relationships with other co-workers.

Opening Address Delivered by Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran Presiding over the training Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President-Rector Magnificus, addressed the all the General Workers reiterating on their very significant roles and vital contributions to the University’s progress, success, achievements and how they can benefit from the valuable training organized for them.

Phramaha Amnart Apiwaro from Wat Sukhan Thawat delivered a lecture/preaching emphasizing the “Moral and Ethical” conducts intended to contribute towards the workers’ more fruitful, productive performance, happy, peaceful and harmonized working relationships.

Brainstorming Session on Previous Year’s Training Topic “ How to Develop Oneself and the Organization”

Special Lecture on “Build Happiness, Build AU Home with Service-Mindedness or Hearts” by three invited Lecturers from Martin De Tour School of Management and Economics:

Group Workshop to follow up on progress and developments of the Previous Year’s Training Topic “ How to Develop Oneself and the Organization”
During this workshop session, the general works were grouped to discuss and brainstorm on the results or progress from the previous year’s topic on “ How to Develop Oneself and the Organization” lessons learned and application.

Closing the training session, Rev. Bro. Dr. Achin Tengtrakul, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, delivered the closing remarks encouraging and reminding the workers of all the gained knowledge and lessons.
