AU Library has developed the service to users in various forms and channels for the maximum benefits of the users. The library also looks for new innovations to support the endless services that provide benefits, impression, and happiness to the AU Library users like our former lecturer, Dr. Le Thi Thu Huong, expressed her impression of receiving the service from AU Library which she shared her experience with the Director of Vietnamese - German University Library.

On April 29,2022, the AU Library gave the warmest welcome to the visitors from Vietnamese - German University led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tri, Director of Vietnamese - German University Library and her team. On this occasion, Mrs. Benjaporn Anunwanitcha, Director of AU Library, and the library’s staff welcomed and presented the services of AU Library especially the Research Support Service.

Director of Vietnamese - German University Library, Ms. Nhuyen Thi Kim Tri also gave a short speech about this visiting. “We know your library and the university by the introduction of our Architecture lecturer, Dr. Le Thi Thu Huongwho was the former teacher at Assumption University. We are very impressed to know about your library and we would like to know more about your Research Support Service together with the library tour.” Ms. Tri said.

In the afternoon, the visitors exchanged the learning about Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Management System and how to effectively evaluate the employees’ performance based on KPIs by Dr. Yupawadee Horpitakwong, Director of Office of Policy, Planning, and Quality Assurance. Then, touring Suvarnabhumi Campus before going back with impression.
