Assumption University recently welcomed delegates from Guangdong Ocean University, China, for a two-day visit on December 13-14, 2023, marking a significant achievement in international academic collaboration.
The delegation, led by Vice President Prof. Tan Beiping, engaged in meaningful discussions and campus tours, with highlights including meetings with the School of Biotechnology and the BBA program. These interactions not only strengthened ties but also opened opportunities for joint ventures and student exchanges.
Reflecting on the visit, Rev. Bro. Dr. Verayuth Boonpram, AU's Vice President for Academic Affairs, remarked, "Hosting the Guangdong Ocean University delegation was a profound experience. It solidified our commitment to global education and set a precedent for future collaborations."
