The use of short-form video platforms continues to grow. One of the most popular apps, “TikTok,” owned by ByteDance, has become very popular in digital marketing. It is a video-sharing platform for influencers and brand marketers on social media. This powerful social media app has unique editing features allowing users to create, share and watch videos on any topic. It is a mobile app, but you can watch TikTok videos using any web browser. This platform lets users get creative using its content filters, stickers, voiceovers, sound effects, and background music.

Nowadays, digital skills have become a necessity. These skills are crucial in many jobs, including those associated with libraries. Although libraries everywhere are rapidly adopting digital platforms, many employees still need training in new technologies. Therefore, digital upskilling and reskilling are essential in helping them to gain new knowledge and skills.

On Saturday, February 25, 2023, TK Park organized a Librarian Space ACTIVITY under the theme “TikTok Marketing: Creative Marketing Strategy” (TikTok Marketing กลยุทธ์การตลาดเชิงสร้างสรรค์). In this activity, participants learned about the direction of Online Marketing in 2023 and beyond.
