N.A.P Service and Trading Co., Ltd., a leading cleaning service company in Thailand, in cooperation with St. Thomas Aquinas Wisdom Development Center, MSME Business School, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) organized a training session for middle management positions, the Micro MBA program during January 16-17 and February 6-7 at Hua Mak Campus and March 8-10, 2023 at Suvarnabhumi Campus, Assumption University of Thailand. The objective of this training program aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of participants within the core business of service industry. 

The participants earned knowledge of various aspects from the training as follows:

  • Service mind: Monday, 16 January 2023
  • Business Process and Preventive Action: Tuesday, 17 January 2023
  • Negotiations and Presentations for Success: Monday, 6 February 2023
  • Leadership: Tuesday 7 February 2023
  • Conflict management: Wednesday 8 March 2023
  • Project Management: 9 March 2023

On Friday 10, March, the AU President, Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran presented at the certificate of achievement ceremony and gave a warm welcoming speech to khun Nongluck Sangkharat, CEO N.A.P. Service and Trading Co., Ltd. and khun Ekaluck Sangkharat, khun Yossawat Maysunthasuwan, and khun Suruttachai Chaneyavanich, senior executive management at AU Museum, Suvarnabhumi Campus. Immediately following that, the certificate ceremony was awarded by President Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha to 40 participants who completed 42 hours of training program.



Asst. Prof. Dr. Uree Cheasakul, the Dean, Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics gave an inspiring closing speech and presented token of appreciation to the senior executive management and participants at this closing ceremony.
