On Jun. 15, 2022 at 1-5 pm at Salle d’ Expo, Hua Mak Campus. This event was held to welcome the students back to school and to build relationships between seniors and freshmen. It was the first gathering of faculty members and students after the long pause of COVID-19 and the faculty’s annual lab safety seminar.
At this event, Rev. Bro. Dr. Bancha Saenghiran, President of Assumption University of Thailand has given an opening remarks to Biotech students about life at the University. He has mentioned that life at the university was a practice of life after university. Things would not always go as they want and students should practice how to discipline themselves and learn from both good and bad experiences.
It is also an honor for the faculty to have Rev. Bro. Dr. Verayuth Boonpram, Vice President for Student Affairs and Rev. Bro. Dr. Achin Tengtrakul, Vice President for Administrative Affairs present at this occasion.
Dr. Churdchai Cheowtirakul, Dean Emeritus has presented his welcome speech on the importance of Biotechnology in the near future. How can the world be prepared on food security during this difficult time, on the edge of war? And finally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Patchanee Yasurin has casually greeted the Biotech Family with love and joy.
