Despite its international acclaim and English-language instruction, Assumption University remains dedicated to fostering excellence in Thai language skills among its students. This commitment was showcased at the recent Thai Speech Contest, an annual event organized by the Office of Thai Art and Culture, Student Affairs, and the Department of General Education, Theodore Maria School of Arts. The contest aims to promote effective public communication in Thai and honor the eloquence of the royal speeches of the Chakri Dynasty.

This year's contest, centered on the topic of “The King’s Virtue for Circular Economy and Sustainability,” saw a remarkable display of oratory talent. We are pleased to announce the winners:

First Prize: Ms. Naphat Watyaem, MSME

Second Prize: Ms. Anna Labanpon, MSME

Third Prize: Ms. Chanikanda Srijantra, ARTS

Consolation Prize: Ms. Monnapa Boonyaviroj, MSME
