On February 14, 2023, Theodore Maria School of Arts in collaboration with Athena organized the event entitled “Empowering Self: Leadership Coaching and Mentorship for Arts Students” at Amaretpitak Hall, CL Building.

The event objectives are: 1) to give Arts students the opportunity to explore the different career paths in the real world, 2) to equip Arts students with business entrepreneurship, and 3) to promote Athena, an online mentoring platform, where Arts students can seek entrepreneurial mentorship.

‘Empowering Self: Leadership Coaching and Mentorship for Arts Students’ is a fruitful event for anyone looking to grow and advance in their career. Keynote speaker is Ms. Paramee Intarachumnum, Co-founder & Product Lead of Athena. This event is designed to help Arts students understand the importance of leadership and mentorship in their professional life, and how it can help them reach their career goals and aspirations. Participants will learn different types of mentorship relationships, leadership, how to find and develop a mentor-mentee relationship, and how to make the most of this partnership.

Arts students also had the opportunity to learn from Athena’s top talents from different career paths encompassing representatives from big corporation, global tech company, and startups. In the interactive panel discussion, the speakers are as follows; Ms. Pitinun Panyasriwinit, former Project Manager of Bangkok Bank and Co-founder, Mydemy who is our proud Arts alumni; Ms. Patcharapak Vidhayasarana, Client Solutions Manager of Google Thailand; and Mr. Phichayud Kusolsitthirat, Co-founder of Armabox and our AU alumni. They shared their experiences and insights from their career path and the importance of mentorship in helping them excel in their career. The event was such a success with great feedback from Arts students.
