In the Organizational Behavior class of the MBA program of Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management, students from nine different nationalities across Asia, Europe, and Africa came together to create a culturally rich and dynamic learning environment. The diverse backgrounds of the students led to active and engaging discussions, which enriched the overall atmosphere of the class.


To celebrate this cultural diversity, a potluck party was organized in the final class on 24th April 2023. The students bonded over different dishes and learned about new recipes and dining manners, creating a sense of community and appreciation for each other's cultures. Apart from socialising and fostering friendships, this activity also highlighted the importance of understanding and anticipating behavior and attitudes, a key skill for any successful organization.
