Do you know that our Hospitality and Tourism Management program has our own restaurant right on Campus?

Crystal Restaurant “Chez Jean Pierre” - a two storeys glass building (located near The John XXIII Conference Center) is a place for practical learning of AU students who take Kitchen Operations, offer a real cooking experience with operating crystal restaurant (HTM 4112/BHT 3405) and Food & Beverage Service, offer a real teaching to be bartender or barista (HTM 4111/ BHT 3404).

Lunch is prepared by AU students and served by AU students, under the supervision of Ajarn Kowit, our restaurant chef (Mr. Kowit Laptaweesuksun, full-time Lecturer in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics). Every semester, we open the restaurant for the practical learning experiences for our students for 4 weeks. Currently it opens since Dec 13 to Jan 5, only on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 11.45 - 13.15 hrs.

We serve variety of food, burger, spaghetti, Korean, plant-based food and Thai food with signature desserts and smoothies. Prices are affordable because they are sponsored by the university. Come to have lunch at Crystal Restaurant with good services by AU students and enjoy the beautiful view of our campus through the glass wall.
