Assumption University of Thailand (AU)'s Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology successfully hosted an enlightening lecture on "Protein in Animal Feed" on Monday, 4th March 2024. The event drew a significant number of students and faculty members interested in the future of food in the real industry.
The guest speaker, Ms. Phattranit Rungsitsathien, QFS & Regulatory Affairs Manager at SPF Diana (Thailand) Co. Ltd, shared her valuable insights into the trends and future of animal feed protein. Her expertise provided students with an out-of-the-box learning experience, preparing them for upcoming challenges in the industry.
The lecture aimed to equip students with knowledge about the importance of protein in animal feed and its impact on the overall quality and sustainability of food production.
