WRITER: THE AU LIBRARY

Assumption University of Thailand (AU), in collaboration with the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), USA., successfully hosted a welcome orientation for visiting students from UC Davis. The event took place from 09:00 to 12:00 hrs in the Salle d' Expo Room, Assumption Hall, Hua Mak Campus.

Organized by Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, the orientation aimed to foster stronger academic ties and provide a platform for student engagement between the two prestigious institutions. The event marked a significant step in enhancing educational collaboration and cross-cultural exchange.

 
 
 
 

Throughout the morning, students participated in interactive activities designed to promote mutual understanding and cooperation. The program included presentations on the respective institutions, a tour of the AU campus, and networking sessions that allowed students to share their academic interests and experiences.

 
 
 

The event concluded with a luncheon, offering a delightful opportunity for informal interactions and the strengthening of new friendships. Both AU and UC Davis expressed their commitment to continuing and expanding their collaborative efforts, aiming to create more opportunities for academic and cultural exchange.
