Bangkok, May 9, 2024 – Excitement filled the air at Assumption University of Thailand (AU)’s Suvarnabhumi campus as we recently hosted the filming of MasterChef Junior Thailand Season 3! The campus buzzed with energy as young chefs from across the country showcased their culinary skills in our beautiful Water Sports Center.
The Team Challenge round had a fun theme: creating menus for athletes in various water sports like swimming, water polo, synchronized swimming, and diving. Fifty-one athletes, who served as special judges, were treated to an array of delicious and creative dishes. Our state-of-the-art facilities provided the perfect backdrop for this thrilling competition.
The panel of judges, including Ms. Piyathida Mittiraroch, Mr. M.L. Phasansawat Savatiwat, Chef Pom M.L. Kwantip Devakula, and Chef Ian Pongtawat Chalermkittichai, were impressed by the young contestants' talent and teamwork. It was amazing to see their dedication and enthusiasm in action.
We were thrilled to welcome the MasterChef Junior Thailand team to our campus. It was a wonderful opportunity to support and celebrate these talented young chefs. Our university's top-notch facilities and vibrant atmosphere added to the excitement of the day.
A big thank you to the production team, the contestants, and the athletes who made this event so special. We can’t wait to see the episode air on Channel 7HD and share the joy of this fantastic experience with everyone.
