Assumption University is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the seminar titled "Designs and Applications of Enzymes in Lignocellulose Biorefinery" organized by the Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology. The event took place on September 12, 2023, in the Engineering Hall on the Hua Mak Campus.

The primary objective of this seminar was to provide students with valuable insights into the trends and the future of the food industry.
