Asst. Prof. Wg. Cdr. Dr. Woraket Tagosa, full-time lecturer of Louis Nobiron School of Music has been granted the research support from Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) collaborated with National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT)
MHESI and NRCT strongly believe in the professional development of young academic scholars and thus they highly support such young scholars in creating advanced knowledge after doctorate graduations, offering them opportunities to conduct research and share it with other researchers among the wide range of multidiscipline to sustain the high level of knowledge production among Thai university lecturers who in turn will help drive the development of Thailand.

Due to this reason, MHESI provided the Research Grant for New Scholar for 2023 that covered 252 research projects. Among them is the research project under the title “Thai Children’s Games: Suite for Wind Symphony” conducted by Asst. Prof. Wg. Cdr. Dr. Woraket Tagosa. His project has been bestowed with a 2 - year research grant.

Currently, Asst. Prof. Wg. Cdr. Dr. Woraket Tagosa is conducting this research at the School of Music, Assumption University according to his research plan and to appreciate the support from Assumption University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pannawit Sanitnarathorn, Dean of Louis Nobiron School of Music and Asst. Prof. Wg. Cdr. Dr. Woraket Tagosa, the project leader, shared part of the research grant to develop the research sector of Assumption University with an aim to encourage and boost the research at the university level, supporting it to be part of Thailand’s development.
